1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vibe Tracker, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Vibe Tracker is a web app that helps you log your mood, track glimmers and triggers, build habits, and see patterns over time. We provide the website, data storage, and features described on the site. We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Vibe Tracker. When you sign up, you must give us accurate information (like a real email address). You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account. If someone else gets in because you shared your password or used a weak one, that's on you. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Free trial and payment

You get 20 free entries when you sign up. After that, you need to pay £10 for lifetime access. Payment is handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details; Stripe does. Once you've paid, you're done. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Refunds: If something goes wrong or you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of payment and we'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable about it.

5. Acceptable use

Use Vibe Tracker for its intended purpose. Don't use it to break the law, harass anyone, or try to hack or compromise our systems. Don't abuse our infrastructure or other users. We can suspend or terminate your account if you do.

6. Your content

You own the data you put into Vibe Tracker (your mood logs, notes, habits, and so on). By using the service, you give us permission to store and process it so we can run the app for you. We don't claim ownership of your content.

7. Our stuff

Vibe Tracker, the website, the design, and our branding are ours. You can't copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer them without our permission.

8. Data and privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to that.

9. Termination

You can stop using Vibe Tracker anytime. You can also ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other operational reasons. If we do, we'll try to give you notice where possible.

10. Not medical or professional advice

Vibe Tracker is a personal tracking tool. It is not a substitute for mental health care, medical advice, or professional therapy. If you're struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide Vibe Tracker "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (like lost data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or £10 if you've just paid). Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

If your use of Vibe Tracker causes us to face claims, damages, or costs from a third party (for example, because you've breached these terms or the law), you'll reimburse us for those.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, we'll try to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
